We give no representations or warranties, express or implied, that our products cary any certifications or meet any standards.

Product Returns, Refunds & Warranties

Product Returns and Refunds

If you have purchased an ADAMAR Industries, LLC., product from an ADAMAR Industries, LLC. website or by contacting ADAMAR Industries, LLC via phone or email, you have 7 days after the date the product was delivered to you to request a refund. Refunds will only be made on unused, unopened products still in original packaging. A refund MUST be requested by sending an email to info@adamarindustries.com. Include: Your Name, Your Phone Number, Your Order or Invoice Number, Reason for Return and Picture of Product. It shall be the buyer's/customer's responsibility to arrange shipping for the product(s) being returned to ADAMAR Industries. Only after the returned product(s) is/are received and inspected by ADAMAR Industries, LLC. will a refund be initiated. Refunds shall be issued for the total purchase price of the product(s) (shipping fees/charges on the original order will not be included in the refund). 5% of the original purchase price of returned product(s) will be deducted from the refund amount and retained by ADAMAR Industries for inspecting, repackaging and restocking returned products. If you do not request a refund within the 7 day refund period after the date you receive the product, you forfeit this option and may not be eligible for a refund. Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of ADAMAR Industries, LLC.

Returned product(s) MUST be received in new condition with no damage that would render them unsellable in order to be considered for a refund. ADAMAR Industries shall inspect and evaluate products that are returned to determine if a refund shall be granted. Package the returned products so that they do not get damaged during shipping, ADAMAR Industries recommends using proper packaging methods and packaging materials to ensure that the returned products arrive undamaged. ADAMAR Industries strongly recommends that you Insure your return packages to guard and protect against damage and loss.

Product Warranty

Most ADAMAR Industries, LLC. products are warrantied against manufacturing defects for a period of time that starts at the date of original purchase and only covers the original buyer/user. Warranty periods can vary depending on the product and some products may not come with a warranty. Refer to each individual products information sheet/instructions sheet/manual for specific warranty terms. To initiate a product warranty claim, begin by printing/downloading and filling out a Product Warranty Claim Form. Email the completed form & required pictures of the product to support@adamarindustries.com. Pictures are required by ADAMAR Industries, LLC. before any determination on a product warranty claim is made. Misuse, abuse, excessive damage, incidental damage, modifications, alterations as well as normal/expected wear will not be considered as a cause for a warranty claim. Warranty claim determinations are made at the sole discretion of ADAMAR Industries, LLC.

Customer Arranged Shipping Policy

ADAMAR Industries has developed good business relationships with certain shipping and logistics companies and has developed many methods and procedures for shipping our products domestically and worldwide. We use shipping and logistics partners who have a proven track record of quality and success and have proven to be on our side when things don’t go as planned. We have put into place various safeguards that help protect ADAMAR Industries and our customers against product/package damage, loss and other circumstances out of our control when it comes to shipping and logistics. We strongly recommend that our customers entrust the arrangement of shipping and logistics to us for all of the reasons above. If your company declines and insists on arranging your own shipping, shipping labels or freight, please read and understand our policy below.

Terms

Supplier - ADAMAR Industries, LLC.

Customer - You as an individual or the company placing the order for products and arranging your own shipping or freight.

Shipping - Domestic or international small package/parcel delivery carriers and/or LTL freight carriers who provide logistics and delivery services.

Shipment - Supplier products, packages, boxed goods, palletized goods etc.

Conditions

If Customer makes arrangements for Shipping or provides to Supplier prepaid, Customer arranged Shipping labels/documents to be affixed to a Shipment, the Customer agrees to the following conditions:

1. Supplier products must be paid for in full by Customer before the Shipment is made ready or prepared for Shipping.
2. Customer assumes all risk and liability and is solely responsible for the Shipment once it leaves the Supplier facility.
3. Supplier will not be held responsible for any lost, damaged, incomplete, missing, partial, opened or undelivered Shipment for any reason or cause.
