PLEASE READ THIS IMPORTANT USEAGE AND SAFETY INFORMATION BEFORE USING THIS PRODUCT.
!!! MAGNET WARNINGS !!!
MAGNET IS VERY STRONG! USE EXTREME CAUTION AT ALL TIMES WHEN USING THIS PRODUCT.
Refer to the Magnet Safety Data Sheet For More Information: Magnet Safety Data Sheet
Pacemakers: Magnet produces a strong magnetic field, persons with pacemaker devices or ICD's should use with extreme caution or not at all. Keep magnet a safe distance from any pacemaker or ICD device. Consult your medical professional before use.
Crush and Pinch Points: Avoid putting hands or fingers on or near magnet when in close proximity to steel or other steel objects. Never allow two magnets to come in contact with one another. Keep protective cover on magnet when not in use.
Abuse/Impacts: Rare earth magnets are brittle by nature, DO NOT SLAM, DROP or ABUSE the magnet as it can become damaged. Just set magnet on steel to get the most life out of the magnet. A Safe-T-Stik can remain in daily use for years if used and cared for properly. The magnet is a wearable and replaceable item. Magnet replacement kits are available on our website in the Parts and Accessories section.
Strong Magnetic Field Warning: Keep magnet away from all bank cards, credit cards, mag strip cards, cell phones, video tapes, data tapes, hearing aids, computer disks, hard drives, pacemakers, ICDs, small steel parts & other magnets.
General Warnings: Magnet will damage painted surfaces. Do not expose to heat over 175° F (80° C), permanent and irreversible weakening of magnet will occur. ADAMAR Industries makes no claims or guarantees of electrical insulation values. Do not cut, saw or drill magnet. Clean magnet with a cloth/rag often to remove debris. Keep away from children. Wear gloves when using Safe-T-Stik products to protect your hands. Always keep hands and fingers away from magnet around steel.
Care, Maintenance & Inspections: Keep magnet clean and free from debris. Check tool & magnet periodically for any damage. Scratches, scrapes, dings and abrasions are expected and should not be of concern. Small cracks or dings in a magnet should not affect it's strength or usability. Large cracks, magnet chunks missing or coming out of the steel cup are indicators that the magnet MUST be replaced before the tool can be used. DO NOT USE A TOOL OR MAGNET THAT IS SEVERLY DAMAGED! DO NOT SLAM OR DROP MAGNET ONTO STEEL OR OTHER SURFACES.
WARNING CA PROP 65: This product can expose you to chemicals including Nickel & Cobalt which are known to the State of California to cause cancer. For more information go to www.P65Warnings.ca.gov
Handlebar Assembly & Inspections

The T-Handle comes packaged with a hex head cap screw already inserted into the handle bar. Fit the handlebar so that it seats into the grooves on the end of the main tube. With the included 1/4" hex key, tighten the hex head cap screw firmly so handlebar is locked into position. A firmly tightened bolt will prevent loosening during use. Check periodically to make sure hex head cap screw is tight. Handlebar can be rotated 90° for situations where magnet needs to be placed on a vertical surface. This gives the user a more comfortable grip. IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO INSPECT AND ENSURE THE HANDLEBAR CONNECTION IS TIGHT WITH NO WIGGLE OR PLAY, USING A TOOL WITH A LOOSE HANDLEBAR CONNECTION CAN CAUSE THE HEX HEAD CAP SCREW TO BREAK, BEND OR BECOME DAMAGED. IF THE HANDLE BAR CONNECTION BECOMES LOOSE, TIGHTEN FIRMLY WITH A 1/4 INCH HEX KEY. The T-Handle can be replaced if lost or damaged. Replacement kits are available on our website here: T-Handle Replacement Kit (Part# THREPKIT)
D-Handle Assembly & Inspections

The D-Handle comes attached to Safe-T-Stik tools in the box. Our D-Handles have a proprietary dual push button adjustment or rotation system that allows the user to quickly adjust the orientation of the D-handle for the best grip or holding position for the job at hand. IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO INSPECT AND ENSURE THE D-HANDLE IS POSITIVELY LOCKED AND REMAINS ATTACHED TO THE TOOL HANDLE. The D-Handle can be replaced if lost or damaged. Replacement kits are available on our website here: D-Handle Replacement Kit (Part# DHREPKIT)

SAFE-T-STIK PRODUCT LINE USE EXAMPLES
Last Updated: 03-26-2026

PROPER & IMPROPER USAGE SAFETY INFORMATION.
Safe-T-Stik products are designed and intended to provide a rigid, controlable extension from the human user to a steel suspended load that allows push and pull forces to be applied to the suspended load for control and positioning purposes. Safe-T-Stik products also help provide a buffer zone or more distance between the user and a suspended load. Safe-T-Stik can be used to help control, position or steer suspended loads such as: trench plate, shoring boxes, trench shields, large steel assemblies, beams, equipment, large diameter tubulars and other steel objects that are hoisted or moved via overhead crane or heavy equipment. Safe-T-Stik has a powerful rare earth magnet encased in steel that provides 500 pounds of pull/attraction force. Our proprietary multi-directional pivot system allows complete freedom of movement and promote keeping distance between the user and suspended steel object. A strong yet lightweight FRP tube along with a solid fiberglass rod “T” handle and durable, comfortable grips allow a user unparalleled control, feel and precision when it comes to positioning heavy suspended steel loads. Some Safe-T-Stik models come standard with an adjustable "D" handle and the Safe-T-Stik Lite line comes standard with a straight rubber grip.

SAFE-T-STIK TOOLS ARE INTENDED FOR SUSPENDED LOAD CONTROL OPERATIONS AND USES ONLY. SAFE-T-STIK TOOLS ARE NOT INDENDED FOR LIFTING STEEL OBJECTS!
DO NOT: Use Safe-T-Stik products to lift any steel objects.
DO NOT: Apply pulling force when the magnet & pivoting knuckle are bent 90 degrees perpendicular to the tool handle. This will cause the magnet to disengage and could result in the user falling backwards. The RED THUMBS DOWN ICONS show examples of improper magnet and tool handle angles that can result in a disengaging or "popping off" of the magnet when a pull force is applied.
Always keep the magnet and pivoting knuckle angle relative to the tool handle between 0 and 45 to 55 degrees. This ensures that maximum magnetic gripping strength is available when the user applies push or pull force to the tool and magnet.
